- Installation of new or repair of related trade equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain refrigeration and air handling equipment; maintain records and files and prepare
reports.
- Perform preventive maintenance as required or as requested by manufactures recommendations.
- Locate, order, and install defective parts.
- Verify equipment operations and make necessary repairs according to manufactures recommendations.
- Troubleshoot comfort concerns and make necessary corrections.
- Work intensely with the HVAC Specialist to ensure the equipment is operating according to manufacture recommendations.
-Maintain and repair chilled/hot water circulation components.
- Maintain, repair and rebuild various components encompassing the HVAC atmosphere.

- Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air
conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers,
forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves
and capillary tubes.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated
heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated airconditioning equipment, and make necessary adjustments or repairs; service and
repair evaporative coolers.
- Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls,
including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper
motors, louvers, relays, filters, controls, belts, compressors, heat exchangers, high
limit controls, pressure controls, safety valves, and automatic gas valves.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test
equipment utilized in the trade and a motor vehicle; maintain equipment in
effective and safe working condition; maintain parts and tool inventory.
-Repair and rebuild semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors and compressors for
centrifugal refrigeration machines.
-Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration
of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed;
connect motors to control panels

-Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite
Schedules direct and provide technical support for HVAC technicians.
- Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Reviews technicians? work to ensure quality meets established standards
- Organize training and ongoing support for install teams
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers? requirements
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.

- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

- Assisting with the installation of HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside residential and commercial buildings.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.
- Cleaning and replacing air ducts.
- Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
- Completing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and the associated equipment.

- Oversee service team, auto service staff, and vehicle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience and maintain profitability
- Ensure delivery of customers? vehicles on time
- Coach team members on ways to drive service sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics
- Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all automotive service capacities to increase retention and referrals
- Oversee all day-to-day job duties within the automotive service department with a focus on high employee and customer morale
- Guide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records

- Install or upgrade fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings
- Test and repair alarm systems already in place
- Perform inspections to ensure alarms are installed according to code
- Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues
- Respond to emergency service calls

- Assist customer with purchasing the correct products for the home improvement needs.

- Operate forklifts, and other machines, to safely move items. Load items onto customer vehicles safely to ensure no damage is done
