• As a Designer I focus on meeting with the customer & brainstorming what they are looking for their property and getting to know the client’s style, budget and not only their needs but also meet the property or HOA requirements

• As a lead estimator my responsibilities include scheduling showings with sellers providing an estimate on the property according to companies proposal and bring it up to code in the market the property is located
• I would obtain measurements of the home, inspect plumbing, electrical, roof, cabinet and countertops, foundation every part of the home to ensure the most accurate information for our company
• If any additions to the home were needed I provided blue prints along with the Scope of Work
• Explore different options for the project in question from new cost effective products to out side the box strategy of modular home building

• As a Project Manager my responsibilities include walking multiple contractors through homes and explain what our vision for that project, going over blue prints, as well as obtain bids

• Worked on a variety of piping systems such as sanitary, storm piping, disposal drainage, waste and vent, soldering & brazing, welding, water supply and services, fixtures, appliances, trim supports, gas piping and equipment
• From a commercial standpoint I view layout of design, prepare of final installation fixtures and equipment.

• Worked on industrial piping systems using levels, grinders and welding
• I Install, inspect, maintain and repair the systems for facilities known as chill water supply and chill water return including heating water supply and return that feed the building for either A/C or Heating.

• Handled simple hand & power tools as well as reading and interpreting plans
• Used sheet metal equipment to fabricate various roof related products such as roof vents, flashing, skylights, gutters, louvers, down spouts ect
• Welding, brazing, soldering and fastening metal to metal by means of fusion or a molten metal process along with Installation of all items that were fabricated.
