Retail/grocery experience for eight plus years as well as experience with outdoor work as a teen. Many years as an supervisor in retail and as a manager for a grocery food service department. Experience with schedule making, invoice paperwork, product ordering, inventory counting, display making, delegating, task enforcing, training, and experience in the food industry. Skills in said industry includes catering, deli slicing, sandwich making, opening a deli and bakery department, baking, and food safety knowledge.
