During this period, Airman Walker accrued 473 flight hours, directed thirty five missions, airlifting 112 patients across the Indo Pacific. He oversaw the unit’s publication program, maintained 127 devices worth sixty two thousand dollars, ensuring regulation access for all flyers. Additionally, he dedicated fifty-eight hours and certified 232 training requirements for thirteen flyers, affirming his Distinguished Graduate Flight Instructor award. Moreover, as lead medic for Exercise BALIKATAN 2022, he taught mass casualty evacuation skills to sixty six joint medical professionals, boosting international relations with the Philippine Air Force. Finally, for his efforts Airman Walker was coined by the 18th Wing Commander as the Airman of the Week, was awarded the squadron’s Enlisted Instructor of the Quarter and Airman of the Quarter twice, ultimately earning the Squadron Enlisted Warrior of the Year 2022 and Airman of the Year 2023

Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is developed by the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency (DHA) Joint Trauma System (JTS) to teach evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield. TCCC prehospital battlefield care is divided into 3 phases: Care Under Fire (CUF), Tactical Field Care (TFC) and Tactical Evacuation Care (TACEVAC).
Educated military and allied forces on the three critical phases of TCCC: Care Under Fire (CUF), Tactical Field Care (TFC), and Tactical Evacuation Care (TACEVAC); instructed personnel, conducted numerous scenario-based exercises, and enhanced overall medical response readiness across diverse operational environments.
