  • Assisted with a PC refresh deployment of over 400 PC between Harris regional and Swain County Hospital
  • Assisted with rolling out of the Radiology PACS upgrade and deployment. This is the software and networking that connects Physicians and Radiologist to Patient Radiology images. This persisted of new Server and Software deployment, and reimaging of 120 PCs.
  • I was the lead on the deployment of the Hospitals very first fleet of Tele-med Robots for the patient floors for virtual Doctor consultations.
  • Assisted with the deployment, setup, and support of 30 Nurse med carts.
  • Lead Technician on the installation and support of the Logitech tele-conference equipment in the executive board rooms at Harris Regional and Swain County Hospitals.
  • Assisted with the deployment and leasing contract of a new network printer fleet through Konica Minolta and the closing of the current hospital contract through Xerox.
  • Recognized and honorable mentions in several Executive and leadership meetings for exceptional customer service.
