Summary

I have fifteen years of aerospace propulsion experience as a senior leader on numerous high profile projects. My journey from aerospace propulsion technician to rocket engine test operator has afforded me the opportunity to immerse myself in every aspect of the process. I proudly bring direct industry experience in the areas of technical leadership, lean process improvements, test operator, development, as well as department management. Finding the balance as manager is something that I pride myself highly on. True leadership stems from knowing how to effectively communicate with those around you while driving positive results in a safe and efficient work environment. My ability to bridge the communication gap between engineering and production is something that i take great pride in.
