  • Monitor the use of electronics and video equipment during the game.
  • Ensure the proper storage and use of baseballs, including monitoring for the use of prohibited substances.
  • Focus as a on-site liaison to communicate with teams and players on behalf of MLB. Conduct trainings and presentations on rule changes for local team staff and players.

ATF Task Force Officer

  • Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Task Force Officer Assigned to an investigative unit which responsibilities were to track federal firearm trafficking and violent crime within San Mateo and San Francisco Counties
  • During my tenure was the case agent of one of the largest investigations in ATF’s history in the region, which culminated in the arrest and prosecution of over forty violent gang members and over eighty total defendants over a four year investigation.
  • Worked closely with the US Attorney's Office and the local District Attorney's Office to ensure both the successful prosecution of defendants and the safety of victim and witnesses.
  • Worked directly with ATF's Victim/Witness coordinator with several high level witnesses/informants, which ultimately culminated in their relocation and testimony during their respective court cases.
  • Knowledgeable regarding DOJ Attorney General Guidelines regarding Victims' Right and Restitution Act, and the Crime Victims' Rights Act.
  • Provided regular training and updates to both department heads and local law enforcement on case progress.

  • Regularly worked with both victim and witnesses during my investigations and subsequent prosecutions. Including the use of both federal and local resources for witness protection.
  • Conducted regular large scale training in law enforcement practices for San Mateo County. These trainings include public speaking in groups of over 400 individuals regarded informant management, surveillance techniques, and criminal street gang trends.
  • Worked as a San Mateo Crisis negotiator. Duties included working in high stress situations to ensure the safety of victims in highly volatile situations. These include mass causalities scenes and catastrophic events.
