I am responsible for the front of the store. Making sure the lobby is kept clean, the trash is picked up, the drink station is kept up and the customers are greeted with a honest smile when they come to the counter or are at the drive through. Any customer complaint or issues are handled in a timely manner and are taken seriously and resolved with respect and kindness.

My responsibilities included: running the drive through cash register, running the lobby cash register, making sure that the lobby and restrooms were cleaned, the lobby drink station was cleaned and stocked. Making sure that the EOD paper work was completed, the kitchen and all the dishes were cleaned, the build lines were stocked and ready for the next day. I had to make the nightly cash drops and close out the day in the computer.
