Accomplishments

  • At American Standard/Crane, I started as an entry-level employee on the shop floor in June of 2002. I quickly learned my job responsibilities. In a matter of four years, I was recommended, by my Supervisor, for the position of Shipping Supervisor. I held that position for two years until I was promoted to Quality Control Supervisor. I maintained this position for two years until the resignation of the QA/Shipping Supervisor, and in an effort to help the company, I was asked to move to this position due to my knowledge of both departments. While at American Standard, I maintained a very punctual, organized and near flawless attendance records.
  • Development of standard operation procedures, lean manufacturing techniques and conflict Management.
  • At Arkansas Egg Company, I have consistently improved the shipping department and production level of the plant. I was given the task of reducing work hours of the shipping employees and by December,2015, we were able to bring the work force from four employees working 60 hours per week down to 2 employees working an average of 40 hours per week.
  • I have also reduced weeks of stock inventory using 'just in time' principles.
