  • Provide leadership & supervision for the entire SE Region OHS
  • Work closely with dispatch, district supervisors & many other departments, multitasking to assist in all work especially SNCO & emergency situations
  • Responsible for all operational issues and decisions within their assigned area including developing, implementing, and overseeing complex business strategies, business goals, staffing levels, training and resource management
  • To give guidance, clear communication and develop my employees, helping them become more proficient and a vital piece to the OHS program
  • As the last crews of the day the OHS helps any districts complete all compliance, BPP, RFA's, construction and assists in relieving crews to eliminate 9hr rest.
