I have been recognized as a great peer mentor partner. I have achieved this by being patient with new hires coming on the floor and realizing that I was new at one point as well. Creating an approachable and friendly appearance in every interaction with the new hires. I treat each customer and rep with the respect they deserve. I am patient in trying to work out the best solution for our customers. I can find the best solution for the customer by being patient and displaying active listening skills.

The team loved the ability to trade properties and see the progress in their overall performance.
