- On site project scheduler for the LAX Airport Metro Connector project. This project will connect the Los Angeles County light rail public transit system to LAX International Airport. Project value is approximately $500 million.
- Reduced scheduling conflicts and ensured timely execution of tasks through proactive rescheduling.
- Consistently met deadlines by effectively tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to schedules as needed.
- Worked with the General Superintendent and team members to understand project needs and reflect those needs in the weekly Look Ahead schedule and the monthly update of the project CPM schedule.
- Daily updating of P6 schedule – Actualizing activity’s Start and Finish dates. Fixing Out Of Sequence relationships among activities, including revising as-built logic as needed. Adding/Revising activities in an as-built condition and note-booking all such changes to schedule. Moving Data Date along on a weekly basis. Constantly monitoring critical and near critical paths. Creating assorted filters as needed by PM, Superintendent, etc. Creating Time Impact Analysis schedules to see the impact of delays.
- Creating Monthly Update – Includes but not limited to: XER File of full schedule. Full schedule in PDF. Milestone substantial completion critical path in PDF. As-Built Log in PDF. Monthly cash flow chart in PDF. Project Narrative in PDF. Added activities log in PDF. Response to previous months owner comments in Excel. Performing QA/QC on schedule to ensure schedule submittal is clean.
