-CUCM Admin (Virtual Remote Interpreting)
Configure/Install/Manage/Troubleshoot CUCM

The goal for this project was to solve a staffing & scheduling issue for our court interpreters. From the On-Demand interpreting system, I have designed and deployed, our interpreters are able to remotely interpret court cases all while being hands-free. Cutting down our Freelance Interpreter costs as well as freeing up time for our interpreters to assist other courts interpreting needs.

• Engineered and Installed an Enterprise VRI system using Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Codec/VoIP Phones, and Biamp/QSC VoIP Mixers.
  This system has been adopted by the state of Florida and soon will be created into a statewide VRI system using various Call managers and SIP Trunks
  
• Configure/Manage all hunt groups, sip trunks and endpoints in Cisco Call Manager
  
• Configure/Install/Manage/Troubleshoot Cisco endpoints and third
  party VoIP endpoints

-Video Conferencing Admin (Cisco Meeting Server/WebEx Admin)
Since the pandemic, a majority of the court has been held virtually. We have fully migrated from CMS/Acano to WebEx. As the VTC admin, I ensure that the court runs flawlessly. I also administer training for my staff, as well as the Judges, Attorneys, and remote witnesses.

• Configure/Install/Manage/Troubleshoot CUCM, MRAs/Expressways,
  Cisco Meeting/Acano, WebEx, and network to ensure flawless video
  conferencing for court.
• Use Analytics software to monitor calls and network, and
  troubleshoot any issues

-Networked Audio Recording Admin (FTR software, AVB & Dante
Network)

• Manage and Troubleshoot all Servers to Record using
  FTR (For The Record).
• Configure/Install/Manage/Troubleshoot all Extreme Network Core &
  Edge Switches and any Network Issues.
• Configure/Install/Manage/Troubleshoot all • Biamp AVB mixers

• Collaborated with producers and performers to determine and
  achieve the desired sound for productions.
• Mixed live vocal arrangements and music compositions, and
  optimized songs using elements, including equalization,
  compression, and stereo enhancement.
• Created tasteful acoustical mixes in venues ranging from 20 to 500
  people in capacity
• Provided troubleshooting techniques in integrating professional
  audio/video systems.
