  • I then transferred to the ambulance where I worked as an EMT until 2000 when I graduated Paramedic school and was promoted to Paramedic.
  • I also became a 911 call taker and dispatcher at the same time.
  • I worked 2 weeks on the road as a Paramedic on an ALS ambulance and the other two weeks in the communications center taking 911 calls and dispatching ambulances.

  • Correctional Officer assigned to the maximum-security floor of the Jefferson County Jail, I was also assigned the duty of armed escort of inmates to and from hospitals and other correctional facilities

  • I was sent to my second duty station in Germany and was assigned to an LRS unit and trained in communications.
