Supervise Road Patrol officer and prepare Corporals for their leadership responsibilities. Prioritize goals, manage work schedules, maintain coverage, and serve officers in any manner necessary to provide them with the best chance to serve the community effectively. I was chosen by my peers as Officer of the Year for 2024.

I was chosen by my peers as Supervisor of the Year in 2023.

• Conduct investigations, respond to crime scenes, and provide oversight, to ensure the officers are following proper procedure. I participated in numerous high profile investigations and learned how to manage crime scenes, maintain scene security, and delegate tasks to others. Effectively applied all of the skills I learned as a detective to leadership roles on Road Patrol.

• Provide proactive engagement with the community in an effort to detect, deter, and impact crime against the citizens of our community. I built bonds with community members and learned how to interact with people during intense and volatile situations.
