• Coordinates ongoing professional development for officers, promoting enhanced proficiency and continuous improvement

• Conducted a comprehensive investigation that resulted in the successful conviction of the defendant on charges of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence, culminating in a sentence of 20 years to life.
• Served as the lead investigator in a case that resulted in the successful conviction of the defendant on charges of Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Robbery that led to a sentence 18-21 yrs.
• Managed the impound lot in compliance with departmental policies, overseeing vehicle flow and maintaining timely communication with owners, including required notifications.
• Facilitated annual performance evaluations for officers to help them understand their standing within the department and identify areas for growth and development.
