• Oversaw all aspects of equipment installation, maintenance, and repair for both internal and external services.

• Working on various projects to renovate and upkeep and repair the storage/shop from electrical over plumbing to carpentry work
• Working with HVAC Install team on various tasks to complete residential Air conditioning install.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of Graub's office furniture inventory
• This included delivery, building, and installation of all office furniture products
• Additional duties involved product storage organization, and inventory management and controls through Graub's receiving and booking database
• In addition assigned role as acting supervisor leading the installation and warehouse teams relative to assigned projects
• This required workforce allocation, schedule coordination, as well as evaluating and recommending process improvements.

• Provided sales support from first customer contact through product sale and post sales training and troubleshooting
• Worked intently with customers to understand needs in order to recommend the best solutions and products.

• Worked as a carpenter in which the main duties were service and repair calls to address furniture repair, kitchen cabinet work, door and floor installations and other in home repairs
• Most of the work was targeted in the residential industry.
• Completed installations of building structures, trim, flooring, and cabinetry.
• Demonstrated versatility in carpentry techniques, working proficiently with both hand tools and power tools to achieve desired results.
