Summary

Confident, strong speaking, self led, handle stressful environments and familiar with HMI and MES systems. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. I have 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry. I have 18+ years in managing business and employees in the automotive work force. I have 7+ years in manufacturing and production. I’ve been on troubleshooting teams as well as operator efficiency improvement teams. I was on a constant improvement and safety team in my last job as well. I’ve been team lead and filled out end of shift whiteboard with operator efficiency as a group, total production numbers, waste, downtime and machine or production problems for the day. Ive owned and run my own successful automotive shop. I’m at a point in my life where what I do is more important to me. Owning an automotive shop left little time for family. I’ve chosen to work for someone else ( BOSK ) so that I have the needed time to spend with family. I’m confident, self motivated, self driven and deal with stress by turning it into positive energy. I love to lead, educate and train employees as well as my coworkers. I can carry out tasks and needs by myself or can work in groups and teams. I came to BOSK because I want to be part of something great. I want to educate and lead employees and coworkers about what BOSK does. I believe the more people we educate ( in plant ) the more it will help educate people in the community about facts rather than here say. I want to help create a positive workplace where people are happy, practice safe procedures, put out great production numbers and are walking billboards about how great it is to work BlueOval SK. I want to be able to look back and know that I helped shape and create the positive workplace, workforce and community that I know BlueOval SK will become.
