Additional Information

One thing firefighting has taught me and prepared me for was how to become an affective leader. The skills I have obtained throughout my career have prepared me to lead, adapt, and help move an organizations goals into the future. By learning skills related to team building, operational goals, project management, multi-tasking, and most important public relations I have strengthen my skills as a leader. So much that it led me to my field of study for my degree in Organizational Leadership. I believe that in order for any industry or specific company to succeed they need leaders that can not just lead but coach their employees.
