Daily responsibilities include project design and constructability coordination, safety management, scheduling, managing/ expediting material, and equipment deliveries, and providing quality control assurance. Proven skills in leading, overseeing and maintaining reliable, cost-effective, and safe biomass plant operations. Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements governing power generation and strategies for improving output and efficiency. Effective at developing and implementing policies, procedures and plans to strengthen facility operations. Outstanding blueprint and design interpretation and comprehension abilities with excellent communication, budgeting and project management talents. Extensive knowledge of all construction sub-trades, construction materials and supplies.
