I'm an IT Specialist / Helpdesk Supervisor / IT Technician with a wealth of technical support experience of over 20+ years. I'm currently pursuing a full-time role (prefereably 100% remote, or on-site in the Santa Barbara, CA area) in IT Support. I'm forward thinking, accountable, and capable of prioritizing multiple help desk requests and incidents while seeing them through to completion . I'd like to work for an employer where my IT support experience, flexibility, ability to manage internal and/or external customer expectations while maintaining SLA's will make an immediate impact.
