• I received, set up deliveries, and got approval to proceed with orders
• I worked with accounting departments to ensure the correct purchase orders for billings were added to orders to ensure prompt payment
• I arranged for the purchase and procurement whether it was delivery or a pickup of both specialty products and stock items from dozens of distributors to ensure we had on hand what was necessary to fill the customers orders
• I receive, place orders, and set up deliveries for the customer to ensure they receive materials or services in accordance with their needs to keep their production running on schedule
• I managed and arranged special orders, the pickups of material, and maintain appropriate levels of stock inventory to ensure I am able to meet the customers needs in a timely manner
