Responsibilities included:
Interviewed and made hiring decision for new employees
Evaluated collectors job performance and motivated staff with daily, weekly and monthly incentives (in addition to monthly bonus) to improve productivity
Developed a risk score (along with our Risk Management group) for customers to determine collectibility
Monitored and tracked agent call stats to motivate, incentivize, mentor
