· HDR - City of Taylor, Samsung Semiconductor FAB 1 Project, Taylor, TX (11/2021-present)

As the Code Compliance Inspection Team Manager on the Samsung Taylor FAB1 project, Eric managed a team of municipal code inspectors and served as the AHJ/Building Official for the construction of this $17B semiconductor facility to include: high-rise office building, data center, semiconductor fabrication building and support buildings, central utility building, gas and chemical storage building, hazardous materials warehouses, bulk gas yard, specialty gas yard, 138kV substation, industrial water pump station, chemical and bio waste water treatment facility and all associated private utility, public utility, public roadway delivery systems

•HDR - TxDOT Austin District, IH-35 at East Wm Cannon Drive, Austin, TX (07/2016-11/2020)

As a Sr. Construction Inspector and Quality Manager for this $78M highway widening project, Eric actively managed and inspected all disciplines of construction and storm water and erosion control BMPs to satisfy the SWMPs, Environmental Permits Issues and Commitments (EPIC) sheet, and TCEQ permits Eric works with the contractor to manage contract compliance, change orders and proper documentation of activities.

•HDR - TxDOT Waco District, IH 35 Sections 1B, 1C, Salado and Belton, TX (08/2012-06/2016) – As Lead Inspector and Quality Manager for this $182M highway expansion with 11 miles of interstate, Eric's duties included managing a team of 9 inspectors and providing inspection and oversight for multiple disciplines including: Storm drainage, electrical and ITS systems, storm water management and erosion control, continually reinforced concrete paving, asphalt paving, retaining walls, bridge structures and bridge decks, traffic control and phasing.

• RTG - NTTA, SH 161 Exp. Grand Prairie, TX (7/11-7/12)- Eric was the Chief Inspector and Quality Manager providing QA inspections on the 8 mile stretch of toll road from IH 20 to IH 30. Inspections included bridge sub-structures and super- structures; drilled shafts, drainage systems, SW3P, and traffic control for construction zone.

• AECOM - FAA, Denver Int’l Airport, Denver CO (2006-2009) Airfield Chief Inspector and Airport Facilities Municipal Code Compliance Senior Inspector.
