• Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects during a given shift, managing a team of 15-20 union employees, and overseeing all beer production activities. Additionally, playing a key role as the primary coordinator for maintenance activities, and directly supervising union tradesmen. Encompassing both preventative measures and addressing breakdowns and troubleshooting within the department.
• Increased team productivity by implementing efficient workflows and setting clear expectations for staff members.

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing brewing, fermenting, and packaging activities at a craft brewery. This encompassed the creation of award-winning recipes, strategic packaging, and efficient ingredient ordering to ensure a seamless flow of packaged products and incoming raw materials.
• Was the primary planner and coordinator of all maintenance and improvement projects.
• Developed and maintained strict adherence to CIP protocols, and all general brewing SOPs. Upheld GMP standards and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines Additionally, served as the primary coordinator for business strategy, social media, and marketing activities, contributing to the brewery's overall success.

• Operated Haas and Mazak mills, specializing in Mazatrol programming to produce high-precision components. Completed a comprehensive 14-week company-sponsored on-site training program, gaining expertise in CNC operations, tool setup, and quality assurance.
• Transitioned to production work post-training, consistently meeting and exceeding production targets while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborated with engineering and quality teams to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot production issues.

• Tasked with overseeing key aspects of the logistical management of beer storage and distribution activities.
