Eric Walther

I was a 32 year employee of Florida Power and Light, with 22 years in service planning. I am very well versed in the design programs that are utilized by the utility, such as Design Manager and WMS. I believe I will also make a smooth transition into the next generation of design program, Electric Office, as it is very similar to Design Manager.

I managed, and designed for, a wide variety of residential and commercial projects in very busy areas. This required a great deal of organization and an ability to work with other individuals and departments in order to deliver these designs and projects to the customers.

I retired from Florida Power and Light in May of 2022 and was hired by the Spear Group immediately following the 3 month mandatory absence from the Company. upon my return as a contractor I was given a very large geographic area to manage and design for. I have performed very well in my current role, but now I believe I would be interested in going into the SSUP program.
