This job had various of responsibilities. Preparing pre-draw for incoming aircrafts to ensure materials where already attained before the aircrafts arrival. Ensuring the materials requested by mechanics are delivered as soon as possible to finish the ongoing operations as the pace they need to be in. These aircrafts had to be delivered on the time span they were set to be worked on. With the little time I worked here I surpassed my limits and was able to work on four air crafts at a time ensuring materials were on hand with no little to no difficulty. This turned into a flow state of getting aircrafts back in service earlier than expected. While also matching prices that Alaska had to offer with prices our company would buy from vendors and charge the airline. Making the company it's money.

We fulfilled responsibilities on completing enough truck loads to exceed our standard of shipments delivered by the facilities trucks. Looking to surpass the our daily goals each shift we had, most of the times we satisfied those wants.

Local restaurants come with many tasks as there is not a big staff. Usually 2-3 per shift. I quickly built up the ladder learning all task as from making sauces and cutting vegetables to being the cook and opening mornings and night shifts. Not only making money for the restaurant was the goal but also satisfying the need of the customers. Ensuring every meal or smile will make them want to come back another day. With then being able to train new comers to follow the same pathway to success.
