  • Oversee structural concrete scopes including footings, tilt-up construction, structural columns and walls, elevated decks, formwork, and shoring systems.
  • Work extensively with PERI, Aluma, and Aluma Skydeck forming, decking, and shoring systems and design/build custom formwork for project-specific field conditions.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and structural prints to plan work, identify requirements, and resolve field challenges.
  • Train and mentor workers on equipment, construction systems, procedures, and safe work practices while developing employees for advancement into Leadman and Foreman positions.
  • Provide practical instruction supporting company equipment and rigging training programs.
  • Communicate and enforce company and project safety requirements while continuously evaluating operations for safer and more efficient methods.
