I was responsible for assisting customers with their in-store shopping needs, which includes the following: helping customers return items, answering questions about merchandise, processing

transactions, package the items customers brought in and label them accordingly. Additionally, l assisted with restocking shelves and ensuring that the store environment is welcoming and organized.

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at an Amazon logistics warehouse I was responsible for various tasks essential to the order fulfillment process, including the following: picking and packing customer orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

As a driver I was responsible for transporting pizza and other food items from the restaurant to customers, homes or businesses, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, handle cash or digital payments, provide excellent customer service, and also manage any delivery-related issues or special requests from customers.

I managed transactions at the checkout, handled cash and credit card payments, provide friendly service to students and staff, assist with customer inquiries, resolve any issues, ensure a clean and organized checkout area, help with restocking food items, maintaining the dining area, and supporting overall operations.

I was responsible for planning, preparing, serving food and beverages for events, manage the menu, coordinate with clients to meet specific needs, and ensure that all food is presented and served professionally. lalso handled setup and cleanup, manage food safety and hygiene, and work to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
