  • I worked there as a dishwasher for a month, and they saw my potential by doing an efficient job, learning very quickly how to operate the machine, and keeping my workspace clean. At the end of the month, they moved me into the kitchen to do prep, so I stayed there for about seven months, working in three of their restaurants. I worked in Pizzeria Toro and at the Littler restaurant for the same boss, so when COVID-19 started, they closed the restaurant for a few months. In 2020, I found a new job at Jimmy's Famous Hot Dogs, working as a line cook. I stayed there until May 2021. When the restaurant Jack Tar opened again, I came back to work with them as a line cook. I worked there until they unfortunately closed the restaurant in May 2023. In the same month, I started to work at Dashi Restaurant as a prep cook, and they moved me very quickly to work as a line cook. I worked there for a whole year, doing my best at it. I worked there until 2024. I was looking for a new opportunity, and I found it at Aramark. I've been working there, doing my best until now, learning almost all the kitchen stations quickly.
