    With all my experience in different careers, I love helping people and caring for needs. I have worked with all ages, I have a passion for working with the youth no matter cognitive level. I have help and work with students with speech delays, physical disabilities, and cognitive disabilities I have assistance the teacher and the student with IEP goals. After seeing the students meet their IEP goals and knowing that I help them, this made me feel accomplish. Anytime I can help anyone succeed, this is a big accomplishment for me.

    In my other careers like working in a lab as a phlebotomist, I have trained lots of people on phlebotomy skills, processing, HIPPA, laws, laboratory rules and guidelines. By doing all these things I feel accomplish by seeing my trainees succeed.
