In 2022 my leave was extended when the Government Agency failed to complete documents, due to am internal issues; which was to provide in home assistance. This is in it;s final stages of resolution with the recent approval on March 8.2023., however the assignment of Aid and Attendance is still pending. My mother's upcoming knee surgery in the evaluation phase.
