I am bilingual in English and Spanish since I have lived my entire childhood and adolescent years in Naples, Florida (USA). I am currently working as a BDS Analyst for WTW, and I have experience as employee of multinational corporations such as TradeHelm and Altisource Portfolio Solutions, where I performed as vendor manager and there, I developed my organizational skills, my team player natural ability, as well as the importance of proactivity and team collaboration to achieve best results.

I have also experience in call center as bilingual operator and supervisor for Atento, where I developed my attention to detail, effective and fast work under pressure and a lead attitude to motivate and organize huge workload. As a plus, I have an advanced management of computer tools, thus adapting to new softwares and operational systems is not a problem. I’m flexible and fast learner.
