Growing up in New York City taught me to always keep a business and entrepreneurial mindset, and working as a first mate on Western Long Island Sound party boats instilled a work ethic within me that will allow me to do anything I put my mind to. I am the most hard-working, social, and astute person I know, and now that I'm 18 I need a mentor to show me the ropes on my career path towards excellence.   • This job was tip-based, so I had to hustle for my wage all the time
