• Present treatment plans, financial estimates, and payment options, as well as collecting copays and balances
• Greet patients, assist with concerns and schedule appointments.

• Make and check meal trays before they are sent to the patients
• Use of hospital program to monitor every floor that may need meals sent to their patients
• Oversee office to ensure that tasks given to everyone is done in a timely and smooth manner
• Receive and make phone calls to any nurses and doctors having anything to do with patient's dietary orders.

• Schedule appointments and look up patient insurance benefits
• Pretest patients: Use of retinal camera, autorefractor and tonometer machines.

• Merchandise and set up departments for campaigns or seasonal changes.
• Customer service: Assist guests with products. Ringing up at register. Fitting room assistance.

• Stock Lead: Replenish sales floor. Ensuring clothing received is out on time given by management.

• Train new hires on store procedures.
