Putting mochi ice cream into tray then sealed with pressure machine. After it was sent to Q.C for inspection once was cleared had to be label, packed and boxes put on pallet. Once pallet was complete it was taken to warehouse.

• Open office return calls, count medication, do inventory, take patients weight and blood pressure, ask patient about medications, and I would give them diet instructions and write everything on patient chart. After I would do data entry, filling. I would do closing reports I had to do a total of inventory of medication that was sold and give report to doctor en of week.
• Updated office calendars with new appointments and accommodated last-minute schedule changes.
