Oversees 50 plus associates daily. Monitors and coaches associate to ensure that the facility complies with federal SOX regulations. Gathers and analyzes current data to identify areas of improvement for quality amongst the fulfillment center.

• Completed three Site Safety Leadership approved safety initiatives to ensure the site is fully functioning for all associates, including deaf or hard of hearing associates during shelter-in-place incidents.
• After a fire caused significant flooding and smoke damage to the 4th RSP floor, I collaborated with the disaster cleanup crew and led a team of associates to repair and clean the damaged area after only one month at Amazon.
