While my job title was as a counter server included being a cashier as well as a food preparer. My work included:

• Customer Service; I did my best to ensure every customer was satisfied by answering questions, providing solutions if there were any problems, and overall being friendly.
• Money Handling; because I was a cashier I worked with money a lot, cash and card, I always made sure people had the right amount of money and if we did at the end of the day as well.
• Cleaning; as someone who made food I know how important it is to keep things clean, for both the customers health and ours.
• Organization; there were a lot of times when it got overwhelming with the amount of customers, but being organized allowed me to stay on top of things.

As a counter server I have experience as both a cashier and food preparer. My duties included:

• Money Handling; processing cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Customer Service; ensuring each customer was satisfied with there service and goods.
• Cleaning; I spent a lot of time cleaning the prep station, dishes, and anywhere else needed, because having a clean work environment is one of the most important things in the food industry.
• Staying in Control; there were many times where the amount of customers was overwhelming, but I was able to stay calm and provide the same level of service.
