Since I have been employed with this company, I have been promoted to a Lead Position and have been recognized for Employee of the Month.

• Supervise and monitor the safety of a group of up to 10 children.
• Developed strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on child progress and establishing trust.
• Lead age-appropriate activities, games, or crafts for multiple children, keeping them engaged.
• Maintained clean facilities and sanitized dishes, tabletops, toys, and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs, ensuring a healthy environment for children.
• Administered first aid when needed, adhering to established protocols to assure child safety and wellbeing.
• Make sure the companies rules and policies are being followed at all times.
• In charge of planning and creating the Activities/Events Calender each month.

During this time, I took care of 2 different clients ( the first client from 2011-2015 and the second client from 2016 to 2022).

• Provide personalized care to individuals in their home.
• Helped clients keep up with personal hygiene through bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance when necessary.
• Maintained a clean and safe home environment for clients, reducing falls and accidents.
• Performed grocery shopping and light housekeeping duties including laundry, bedding linen changes, vacuuming and mopping.
• Administered medications as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and administration time.
• Assisted with meal preparation according to dietary restrictions and feeding when needed.
• Established trust with clients and their families through effective communication, empathy, and providing support.
• Provided mobility assistance while doing daily activities and during transportation to appointments outside of the house.
• Monitored client health and reported abnormalities or concerns to family and/or doctor.
