• Ensuring quarterly pharmacy reverse distribution for expired medications
• Maintain compliance logs through Surglogs for monthly expiration checks for medications and supplies (crash carts, OR anesthesia carts, malignant hyperthermia cart, medication room stock)
• Manage medication waste/narcotic waste/hazardous waste with Stericycle; ensure staff is educated periodically on proper disposal techniques (visual aides, staff education days, monthly meeting reminders, etc)
• Assist in coordinating staff Flu/TB vaccines
