• I worked the front desk and also did makeup for them.

• I came to this salon when I first moved to the area, and absolutely loved working there
• Unfortunately the owner passed away, and the salon was closed.

• I ran the front desk, booking appointments, making schedules, all that is involved with running the front desk
• Also, I did payroll, placed all orders, and did shopping for the salon
• I was the owners right hand while she worked behind the chair.

• I came to this start up salon and spa when it first opened
• I implemented a salon program, all hiring and training
• Did payroll weekly, placed orders, as well as going to Costco for supplies and ran all front desk operations.

I started this job during high school, when I attended cosmetology. I started out as an assistant, became the owner’s personal assistant, then after more education I began doing facials, waxing, and makeup. Eventually became the manager of that salon, and found that I thrive in that position. I’ve been a salon manager and makeup artist ever since.
