  • Organized Direct Action demonstrations to pave paths for discussions and healthy negotiations with administration at Biola to better protect students and advocate for safe learning environments for all.
  • Met with press and wrote Op-Ed pieces promoting Biolans' Equal Ground.
  • Gave several public talks regarding inclusion of LGBTQIA+ persons in religious spaces.
  • Promoted policy changes which included affirming language and posture toward LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, and staff.

  • Internal Promotion from Tulare location to Carlsbad location. Duties included overseeing mid-high volume business as well as overseeing all aspects of store. QTD, leading store to +20 % to LY and +14% to sales plan.
  • Decreased leverage deficit from a negative to current standing of +10% within a matter of months. Increased conversion of customer to sales percentage from 16% to 20%.
  • Maintaining consistently passing mystery shop scores with a 90% or higher average.
  • Retrained staff on Brand Standard/ merchandising execution to maintain excellent standards. Retrained and developed entire management team in SGM execution, HR and operations.
  • Set up membership with Chamber of Commerce to increase brand awareness within local community.
