- Met with press and wrote Op-Ed pieces promoting Biolans' Equal Ground.

- Promoted policy changes which included affirming language and posture toward LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, and staff.

- Decreased leverage deficit from a negative to current standing of +10% within a matter of months. Increased conversion of customer to sales percentage from 16% to 20%.
