Lead multiple operations through New Shepard rocket program. Responsible for Module fabrication and integration operations. Conducting technical reviews of work orders, morning Tier meetings and the oversite of Integration Engineers within the program.

  • Lead of AFT Module assembly. Responsible for installation of hydraulic and pneumatic lines to prepare for Orbital Tube Welding. Installation of hydraulic sub-components. Prepare Module for hydraulic and pneumatic testing, successful. Installation of Landing Gear System, Fin, Avionic components. Blast Heat Shield critical drilling operations and fastener install. Lead and mentored team of five Integration Engineers.
  • Lead of Mid Module assembly. Conducted crucial repair process to re-clock propulsion assembly. Operation took six months to complete. Failure of this repair would result in loss of MID Module, costing program millions of already invested funds and set program back at least two years. Prepared MID Module for proof testing, returned successful. Installed Propellant Management Device, Helium bottle install, Baffle install, Transition Tunnel critical drilling and installation. Prepare for final integration. Lead and mentored two IE's.
  • One of two Leads on Integration team. Responsible for conducting vent and purge operations for installation of Liquid Hydrogen and Liquid Oxygen vent and pressure tube assemblies. One of two main Critical Crane Operators, conducting two man crane operations for rocket orientation into Ground Support Equipment. Lead of MID/AFT mate and MID/FWD mate operations.
