During my tenure, along with a strong team, the Home Health division became significantly profitable by May 2018.

• Managed healthrooms and assumed tasks such as diabetic management, health screenings, allergic reactions, and tracheotomy care
• Directed a Nick of Time event at a local high school that screened nearly 2000 students' risk of a cardiac episode.
• Coordinated the bi-annual Healthy Youth Survey at two high schools

I co-founded Dinners Done Right, a meal preparation company. From it's inception, I:

• Took initial $85,000 investment and grew company to a 1.2 million dollar valuation
• Cultivated business to 9 franchises, as well as a successful Flagship store with eventual growth to 16 stores
• Led marketing and advertising for entire company, including building relationships with media such as television, radio, newspaper (applied monthly advertising contributions from all stores/fluid dollar amount based on 2% of gross sales of each store)
• Managed P&L and daily operations of a 500k business that employed a 6 person staff
• Developed processes that generated our success and created value to our franchisees
• Negotiated multi-state store growth and oversaw new store development that included training/coaching/support of franchisees
