Provide direct care for post-operative adult and pediatric patients recovering from anesthesia at a Level I Trauma Center. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and certified registered nurse anesthetists to develop individualized plans of post-operative care.

• Charge Nurse in Adult PACU since 2017
• Secondary Charge Nurse in Pediatric PACU since 2019
• Preceptor in Adult, Pediatric, and TAVR sub-specialty patients
• Participant in Unit Council and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) for Colorectal Surgery work group

Full-time RN in a Silver Beacon Certified unit and recovered cardiac surgery and critically ill medical patients including children twelve years of age and older.

• Surgical experience with adult patients with coronary artery bypass grafts, valve repair and replacements, aneurysm repairs, thoracotomies, and vascular surgeries.
• Experience of hypothermia post-cardiac arrest, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, intra-aortic balloon pump, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
• Code Blue Team

• Managed acute illnesses and chronic disease exacerbations of infants, children, and adolescents.
• Provided individualized care for post-surgical obstetric and women's health patients.
