As a designer I work closely with the clients in the design center, remotely, or in the clients home to create individualized design solutions utilizing Ethan Allen products. These personally curated design plans include space planning, fabric coordination, furniture and accent selection, window treatments, and overall project design. My responsibility to my clients goes far beyond the initial transaction. I track the order throughout production, communicate timelines, and ensure my clients are thrilled with the finish design once everything is delivered.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicated product information, installation methods and product upgrade options.
• Developed key client relationships, providing design solutions that met needs and budgets without compromising quality or design intent.
• Participated in furniture selection.
• Developed space planning concepts, color palette selections, and textile presentations.
• Stay current on design and color trends.
• Utilize social media to heighten own presence.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.
• Successfully managed multiple large scale projects

• Bassett provided a strong foundation for a design career, requiring knowledge of furniture construction and design trends to assist clients with home interiors. Strategies and tailored options were developed and presented to clients based on their individual needs.
