- Vulnerability Management - Tenable.io SME; led team to switch from the on-prem version (Tenable.sc Security Center) to the SaaS version (Tenable.io)
- Umbrella SME - investigated non-POS systems that visited sites that may be potentially malicious and need to be blocked from our network
- DNS Security - worked with the Systems team to get Cisco Umbrella updated and redeployed;
- White List Environment Creation - compiled, and created the policy, which allowed only selected websites to be accessed and fully functional
- Endpoint Protection (CrowdStrike) - Monitored the Endpoint Protection System and worked tickets to remediate issues and quarantine endpoints as needed
- Real Time Response to do minor forensic evaluations of infected systems and pull logs for further investigation.
- Monitor Network Traffic - Used Meraki to monitor network traffic in our stores, diagnose issues in our network, and track vulnerabilities. (read only access)
- SIEM - Worked tickets, investigated logs, and incidents in Data Dog Security Cloud; Analyzed and remediated signals; threat hunted and actively found things traversing our network
- Investigated AD Issues - Using both ENTRA (formerly Azure Active Directory) and OKTA, pulled logs and monitored them while investigating users who may have had their credentials compromised.
- Investigated Potential Phishing Emails and Suspicious and Malicious Email - Using Proofpoint monitored the reported phishing emails; quarantined emails and handled via appropriate response
- Conducted and deployed phishing campaigns to all employees
- Trained remote team members in the Philippines with multiple weekly calls; trained on tools and day-to-day operations to onboard them and continue training as needed

- Worked as Field Technician for the NC Market - Covered as many as 50+ stores from as far north as Roanoke VA, as far south as Rock Hill SC, West Asheville NC and as far east as Morehead City NC and Virginia Beach VA.
- Responsible for ensuring the network in all stores was functional
- Maintained the POS PCs in the stores, as well as printers and Surveillance Systems.
- Worked with multiple teams to keep the stores online, including, but not limited to systems, networking, maintenance, security, sales reps and Regional Directors of three different Territories (NC, EC, and VA)
- Major Project - replaced the entire network stack in the stores, ran CAT5 cables to all the workstations, installed new Surveillance Systems and new Wi-Fi APs (overnight work)
- SME for the Avigilon Surveillance Systems - trained and helped FTs to install Avigilon
- Travelled on a special project to Washington and Oregon to test a new traffic tracking system.
- Trained multiple FTs to help them with onboarding when they were newly hired
- Project Take-Over - converted old stores from Verizon in Oklahoma; went into a Corporate Store overnight to it set up as a Cellular Sales Store, with our equipment, etc. (overnight work)
- Worked with the maintenance crew setting up IT equipment as well as assisting with maintenance works in all stores
- Set up iPads as mobile POS Devices for the markets
