Plumbing, electrical work, painting, plastering, checking and maintaining boilers, doing work orders, fixing apartment windows, doors, and other repairs when needed.

Maintain water pumps, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust fans as well as sewage inspections and regulated chlorine levels in the pool. Other responsibilities include inspecting gym and kitchen equipment and common areas, as well as assisting guests with service inspections and maintenance requests.

Maintained boilers, water pumps, elevators, plumbing, laundry rooms and electrical systems. Was responsible for garbage bagging and disposal, and sweepinh, mopping, buffing and waxing vestibule on a regular basis. Repaired doors and locks for tenants as well as general carpentry repair and was responsible for snow removal and preventive maintenance. Smaller equipment responsible to maintain included but was not limited to: snow blowers, buffing machines, leaf blowers and vacuums.
