  • Lead and manage IT teams for Airline Technology. Setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Led team to implement an enterprise safety management platform for FedEx airline safety organization. Leveraging cloud technology, we developed and implemented a solution for reporting, tracking, analyzing and mitigating safety incidents and violations, providing a common platform for managing safety data for the organization. With this solution, the organization is able to effectively meet it's safety audit objectives and achieve improved regulatory compliance for the airline. The team received the FY23 Air Safety Star award for delivering the solution.
  • Led team to migrate from on premise data center to cloud infrastructure and modernize legacy applications using service-based architecture and cloud technology. Moving our data center capabilities from on-prem to the cloud and modernizing our legacy applications resulted in huge cost savings and significant gains in overall system efficiency and performance.
  • Led the migration of the company's CMS (Content Management System) platform to a vendor hosted SaaS cloud solution, enhancing scalability and reducing cost of ownership.

  • Lead technical architecture and apply specialized technical knowledge to advise development teams and recommend solutions to technical design problems

  • Led team to develop and implement solution for aircraft engineers to streamline and automate authoring, tracking and publishing of engineering documents (work instructions) used by aircraft mechanics to modify and repair aircraft. The solution provided an integrated platform for engineers to author the work instructions, identify the tools and materials required to do the work and integrates with the MRO system to schedule the modification/repair based on the aircraft maintenance cycle. This solution resulted in increased efficiency, reduced ground time and minimized cost through process improvement for the airline engineering and maintenance organization.
  • Lead architect to transform our paper-based and ad-hoc technical publications process to a next generation, digital technical publication solution for the air operations organization. The solution integrated with a vendor product to streamline and automate the authoring, revision, distribution and change management process for aircraft technical manuals, regulatory, department manuals and documents.

  • Lead developer and architect for FAME (Forecasting Aircraft Maintenance Events) system which provides Maintenance Planning and Scheduling with an automated tool for forecasting and scheduling aircraft maintenance events.
