Also travel to OTP, ODS, and SID locations to provide support for maintenance personnel stationed there. My coworkers are: Bruce Mann (Elect.), Rodney Larson (Elect.). Rick Henry (Elect.), Will Stout (Maint. Lead), Ben Sawyer (Automation), and John Youngblood (Automation).
Currently working at the Alaska ENI Nikaitchuq OPP facility as a maintenance electrician employed by the contractor Udelhoven.
.Company Overview: Worked in the Small Projects Division for the oil company ENI Nikaitchuq location, on the North Slope.
I was born and raised in Haines, Alaska and in that time I did construction jobs, deck-handed on commercial fishing boats, and worked for my dad's electrical contracting company. After high school, attended college at Oregon Institute of Technology, achieving my B.S. degree in Computer System Engineering Technology. Right after college, received my Alaska Journeyman Electrical license and the last 33 years have been traveling around Alaska working in remote locations doing all aspects of electrical work. This includes the general locations of the Aleutian chain, west coast villages, south coast villages, the interior, North Slope, and Southeast Alaska pan handle. Because of this remote work experience I understand shipping issues and travel arrangements that are unique to Alaska. Performing electrical work all over the state has been a great opportunity because of the various industries and unique electrical systems that Alaska has to offer.
